These are dates, not phases. If a day is going to slip you hear it from us before you have to ask.

The build is a one-off. There is no contract, no minimum term and no platform licence. Anything ongoing is rolling monthly with one month's notice.
The site, the copy and the files are yours on final payment, and the domain is in your name throughout. If you leave, it goes with you.
What it isn't
This is the fast route for a business whose website simply needs replacing. Five pages, your existing photographs, a structure we have built many times. It is deliberately not bespoke, and that constraint is the whole reason it costs £499 and takes five days.
If you need a booking system, an online shop, a dozen service pages or photography, that is a different job and it starts at £1,450. We will tell you which one you need on the call, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

Why is it £499 when everyone else says £3,000?
Because the expensive part of a website is meetings, and we have removed most of them. One call, we write the copy rather than waiting months for yours, and the build is a system we have run many times rather than a fresh invention. Hosting costs us close to nothing on Cloudflare, so there is no margin to protect there either. The work is the same; the process around it is shorter.
What's the catch — is it a template?
No, and the structure being fixed is not the same as the site being a template. It is written for your business and built by hand from your brand. What is fixed is the number of pages and the shape of them. If that is genuinely too constraining, the £1,450 build is the honest answer and we will say so rather than stretching this one.
Do I have to sign anything long?
No. The build is a one-off. Anything ongoing is rolling monthly with one month's notice — cancel whenever, keep the site, take the files. There is no minimum term anywhere in the business.
What if I already have a website?
Most people who take this do. We rebuild it and switch over on day five, so there is no window where you have no site. Your domain stays with your registrar and in your name throughout — we never take ownership of it.
What do you need from me?
Half an hour on day one, your logo and whatever photographs you already have, and one read of the copy on day two. That is the whole ask. If the photographs are poor we will say so and suggest what to shoot on your phone, which is usually enough.
Who actually does the work?
The studio team — designers, developers and copywriters who do this every week — overseen by Daniel Martins, who spent twenty-five years in digital marketing: Advertising Director at Accenture, Meta's EMEA launch, Head of Digital at the GSMA and at Samsung Africa, most recently running digital and client services at a London agency group. He takes the call, sets the brief and signs off what goes live. You are not handed to an account manager, and you are not waiting on one person to find a free afternoon either.
Are you actually local?
Woking. We only take on businesses in Surrey and the towns around it — Esher, Cobham, Weybridge, Walton, Oxshott, Guildford, Farnham, Godalming, Reigate. It is the reason the work is specific rather than generic.
