Terms, in plain words.
Timing
Seven working days from the day I receive your copy, photographs and logo. Delays in material move the launch date by the same number of days.
Payment
Fifty per cent on acceptance, fifty per cent on the day the site goes live. Bank transfer, fourteen days.
Changes
One round of changes is included at review. Further rounds are £75 an hour, agreed before they start.
Ownership
The site, the copy and the photographs are yours on final payment. The domain stays in your name throughout.
Hosting
Twelve months of hosting, updates and backups are included with every build. After that it is Care at £69 a month, which also covers changes made and live within twenty-four hours. Or take the files and host them wherever you like — they are yours either way.
The retainer
Rolling monthly, one month's notice. No lock-in, no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
Reporting
One report at the end of every month: enquiries, calls, spend and what I changed. Two pages, no dashboard logins.
